Challenge
Summit Achievement, a residential treatment program for adolescents in western Maine, offers a genuinely integrative approach to healing, but its brand didn’t yet capture that depth or distinguish it from less reputable wilderness and boot-camp programs. For families making one of the hardest decisions of their lives, that distinction is everything.
Solution
Show the model in full. We took Summit through an end-to-end engagement spanning brand strategy, verbal and visual identity, and a full website build, with every element reflecting what actually happens there: personalized clinical support, accredited academics, and adventure therapy working together. The voice we developed stays grounded, trustworthy, and human, because families in crisis can spot a sales pitch. To let people see the place for themselves, we produced video content touring the campus and capturing the spirit of Summit through the voices of the people who work there.
Impact
A brand that finally reads as clearly as the program works, launched across a new website, video, and every touchpoint a family encounters on the way to saying yes.
“We were impressed with their creativity, their ability to immediately grasp our complex business and put it into simpler terms, and their responsiveness and professionalism. Warp and Weft is simply awesome.” — Nichol Ernst, CEO
