We’re Hiring an Account Coordinator!
The Account Coordinator is an entry level account services position that provides an essential support to account directors/agency owners and team members at Warp + Weft. Job duties include client-facing work that requires exceptional writing skills, significant organizational skills, openness to and ability to learn project management software, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on the pace of agency life, is great with people, and is looking to learn and grow in account services.
Job Responsibilities
Daily Workflow:
- Provides administrative follow up and support of all account director/agency owner functions including both internal and external responsibilities
- Helps to manage the day-to-day development and delivery of multiple projects of integrated campaigns across various channels, including social, TV, radio, digital, email and direct mail to ensure that projects are on strategy, on time and on budget
- Updates Warp + Weft project management software (Teamwork) daily to ensure Warp + Weft team is aware of projects, priorities, timelines and deadlines
- Prepares agendas for and attends all client meetings, provides follow up meeting reports to the client, and ensures Warp + Weft team is brought up to speed on any project changes, additions or new developments
- Writes project briefs for W+W team
- Creates project timelines for review and approval by client
Client Relations
- Provides exceptional client partnership
- Understands the creative work process as well as client requests and questions; able to communicate clearly and efficiently (verbally and in writing) between client and creative team
- Manages client expectations through consolidation of meeting recaps, action items, task status and other pertinent information
- Able to identify hurdles and help solve them
- Possesses strong communication skills to help build key relationships with clients
- Researches and develops an understanding of our clients’ industries, competition, customer base, and drivers that impact their business
- Obtains and reports client industry news and submits this report to account directors/agency owners on a regular basis in an effort to provide information that may be used to enhance client business
- Exhibits a high degree of patience, demonstrable experience assisting and coordinating the efforts of others
